BONDERITE® S-FN 310

BONDERITE® S-FN 310

BONDERITE® S-FN 310

BONDERITE® S-FN 310

Two-Part Phenolic, resin-bonded PTFE coating and lubricant for harsh and high temperature applications up to 400°F (204°C)

Product Overview

BONDERITE® S-FN 310 (also known as Emralon 309) is a phenolic resin-bonded PTFE coating for long-term lubrication at high temperatures on a wide range of surface types.  BONDERITE® S-FN 310 provides a uniform surface coating that exhibits incredible wear protection & operational life that outperforms conventional PTFE solutions.

Applications

BONDERITE® S-FN 310 is a powerful dry-film solution for long term protection in a wide range of applications.  BONDERITE® S-FN 310 is provided as a two-part system, that is mixed upon time of application – slowly add component “A” to component “B” with continuous stirring for homogeneity.

The mixed BONDERITE® S-FN 310 solution is then sprayed onto the surface in a thickness between 0.2 - 0.7 mils, or 4 – 6 passes with the spray nozzle.  The shelf life of the prepared mixture is 24 hours.

Once the coating is applied, allow the surface to dry (5-10 minutes) before loading into curing oven.  The most popular curing cycles and temperatures based on an average coating of 0.0003 inch and are listed below:

60 minutes at 300°F (149°C)
10 minutes at 350°F (177°C)
8 minutes at 400°F (204°C)
4 minutes at 500°F (149°C)

Features & Benefits

Extended-term PTFE Protection
Multi-purpose Lubricating Solution
Excellent Adhesion on Multiple Surface Types (Wood, Steel, Aluminum, Copper Alloys, Rubber, Plastics)
