BONDERITE® M-ZN 860XT is a chrystalline zinc phosphate conversion coating for steel surfaces which acts as a lubricant carrier, improving lubricant adhesion.  This calcium modified treatment contains an accelerator in the concentrate.  Ideal for lighter coating weights with a dense, nodular crystal morphology.

BONDERITE® M-ZN 860XT is available in both initial bath Make-up (MU) and replensiher (R) packages. 

Immersion application is used at 140-180F operating temperature.  After metal is treated, rinse the work in cold water.  Bonderite M-PT can be used to neutralize to eliminate any remaining acidity prior to lubricant application (see Bonderite L-FM product grades).   BONDERITE® M-ZN 860XT is also available in a "make-up" and "replenisher" formulations.
