BONDERITE® L-FM F 747 (previously known as Bonderlube 727) is a powerful, reactive lubricant for use on conversion/phosphate coated aluminum or steel prior to cold forming operation. BONDERITE® L-FM F 747 provides an incredibly strong lubricant film that adheres chemically to the coated surface for unrivaled surface protection.
Applications
BONDERITE® L-FM F 747 provides excellent protection and lubrication for difficult cold forming operations including tube drawing, extrusion, cold heading and more.
The makeup recommendations for BONDERITE® L-FM F 747 are 100 lbs. of BONDERITE® to 100 gallons of solution. To maximize effectiveness, the lubricant application stage should follow the conversion coating and surface rinsing pre-process steps.
