Product Overview

BONDERITE® L-FM 234 (previously known as Bonderlube 234) is a premium, reactive lubricant powder for phosphate coated metal wire or rods prior to drawing or cold forming operations.  BONDERITE® L-FM 234 provides a complete & uniform lubricant layer that reduces wear in cold extrusion, cold heading, tube drawing and other forms of metal forming applications and extends the lifespan of expensive dies and cutting tools.

Applications

BONDERITE® L-FM 234 is supplied in solid-powder form for ease of use and bath preparation.  Recommended starting bath concentrations are 50 pounds BONDERITE® L-FM 234 per 100 gallons.
