BONDERITE® L-FG F 31 (known as Deltaforge F-31) is an odorless, smokeless, water-based, graphite die lubricant. It provides excellent lubrictiy and release when used on difficult press work and highly automated processes including hot, warm and precision forging.

Apply by conventional spray techniques.  Supplied as a concentrate and can normally be diluted with ordinary tap water prior to use. The dilution ratio varies according to the difficulty of the job and the degree of cooling.

Forms a film on hot dies up to 371°C (700°F).
Combination of proprietary binder and fine graphite allow deposit of thin films.
Improve downtime due to sticking and die maintanence.
Achieve lowest die cost per forging.
