BONDERITE® L-FG 151 (known as Deltaglaze 151) is a water based, dispersion of glass frit recommended for super alloys and stainless steels forged at high temperatures ( 1850 - 2350°F).  Works well for hot die and isothermal forging.

Typical application for forging and extrusion of stainless steel and nickel-base alloys. BONDERITE® L-FG 151 is supplied as a concentrate and may be diluted with water or used as is. Spraying is recommended for even, consistent coatings, although good results can also be obtained by dipping. Prior to application, the billets must be thoroughly cleaned and heated to 150°-200°F (65°-93°C).

Excellent surface finish.
Effective lubrication at extremely high temperatures.
