BONDERITE® L-CA 632 (known as DAG 632) is an insulated coating for several casting applications.  This concentrate of refractory pigments excels at adhering to mold surfaces as well as high abrasion resistance.  If part release is required, the complimentary product recommended is Bonderite L-FG 137 or Bonderite L-GP PRODAG.

Typical applications include permanent Mold, Low Pressure Casting and Gate & Rise Coating.  Product should be spray applied with coating thickness achieved by thin, multiple coats.  Coating should be allowed to air dry for 20 minutes.

Fine particle size for near net shape capability.  
Very good insulating values – 8.25 W/mK thermal conductivity at 2 mils coating thickness.
