BONDERITE® L-CA 395 (known as Dag® 395) diecasting lubricant is a water-based soft paste insulator for aluminum permanent mold casting, providing controlled solidification of molten metal for high quality castings. L-CA 395 is ideal for small to medium surface areas where quality surface finish is needed.

Spray or brush the product for a smooth and uniform coating.  Heat mold surfaces to at least 177°-204°C (350°-400°F) for quick evaporation of the carrier.Stir the product occasionally during use to prevent settling. 

BONDERITE L-GP PRODAG water based graphite dispersions are frequently used in conjunction with  BONDERITE L-CA 395.  In many cases, BONDERITE L-GP PRODAG is used as an overspray for good surface finish, good release and to extend the life of the mold coating. 

Protects against mold erosion, increasing mold life and reducing related downtime.
Non-toxic, non-flammable and smokeless.
Water used as concentrate diluent.
